Why Amazon.com sucks ass!!!

Amazon.com is on my major shit list after tonight!!! Here's the story...

Last week I was on my favorite deal site, thedailydeals.com, and saw a great deal on wine glasses. I'm moving into a new house soon and thought that these were perfect for the new dining room table that we bought.

Anyway, I order 3 sets of 6 glasses for about $7 a set. Based on the description and what I ordered I should have received 18 wine glasses. Today I received 3!!! Not three sets of six wine glasses as ordered, but 3 individual glasses!!! The description of the item clearly states "Set of 6."

I decided to call Amazon and complain about the situation. I go to amazon.com and search the site for 15 minutes... NO PHONE NUMBER!!! I can't find it! I actually had to go and search the newsgroups to find the damn number... Now I'm getting really pissed... My wife is telling me to calm down or they aren't going to do anything for me... I tried to calm down as I waited on hold... It was working, I started to calm down... Then the lady picked up the phone and said "Thank you for calling Am- CLICK!" I just waited 5 minutes on hold trying to calm down and THE BITCH HUNG UP ON ME!!! NOW I'M FURIOUS!!! I called back and had to wait about 10 minutes this time. The whole time I was trying to get myself psyched out to rip the crap out of whoever answered the phone. Unfortunately when the guy answered he was quick to apologize and refund the purchase. I even get to keep the glasses... I'll consider it my consolation prize...
