Saturn Moon Titan Mystifies Scientists

Scientists say the surface of Titan may be blanketed with a kind of hydrocarbon goo that rained out of Titan's soupy atmosphere. The landscape may have been reshaped by active geologic processes, perhaps volcanoes spewing an icy slush onto the surface. Scientists are expecting seas of liquid methane too, but haven't spotted them yet. Read more...
