WELCOME TO ALLERCA. ALLERCA is working to produce the world's first hypoallergenic cats. These cats will allow some of the millions of people allergic to cats to enjoy the love and companionship of a household pet without suffering from allergy symptoms.

I HATE CATS NOW!!! They all need to be shot!
I have spent the last 4 days trying to get cat urine out of my new fucking carpet!!! The stupid ass vet told us to change the litter while my newest cats paws healed after de-clawing. What the bastard didn't say was that cat's hate that fucking litter and will piss on your floor!!!!!!!!!!
I AM ANGRY!!!!
Later...
RAT the cat hater...
I know someone who actually just got a hypoallergentic kitten. It is interesting to note that the kitten will loose it's fur soon and regrow new fur that does not shed. Unbelievable.
BTW, surfed in from Blog Explosion. Glad I did since you have a nice place here :)
I will probably get some hate mail from animal lovers for this post, but I just had to FUME somewhere!! I hate my cat!! My female neutered cat pees all over my clothes, bed, pillows, $3000.00 white sofa, curtains, clean laundry pile (just folded clothes), dirty laundry basket, and even in the dryer if I leave it open for a minute. She has even peed on my bed while I was in it. I have been to the vet twice, and nothing is wrong. My cat has 2 clean boxes, eats the best food, and gets love and attention. I know, I know....it's only 'material' things, but why should I have to buy new items, or sit on stinky crappy urine infested YELLOWED furniture just because I need to be kind? I am tired of getting out of bed in the middle of the night crawling around all over my place sniffing things to find what she has peed on (she also loves department store bags, and will pee on them if they are sitting around a few hours). She poops in the box, and pees EVERYWHERE else.I am NOT taking my cat to a psychiatrist! I will open the door and boot her butt outside before I go to those measures. This is ridiculous and costing me thousands of dollars. I have had cats all my life...this is the ONLY stupid cat I've had that doesn't go in her box. HATE HATE HATE her!
I hate my fiances cat! He has two, one is a normal cat the other is a fat, lazy biotch that just eats, stinks up the house and hisses at everyone. We have a baby on the way and I want this cat out of my house. Its a useless pet, last night it brought a live rodent in the house and let it go! Now we have a disease ridden animal living in our baseboards. My fiance says to let the cats get it, but that means blood and guts everywhere. I have had two dreams this week of killing this cat. I feel like Im becoming an evil person, but I HATE IT!
I already feel guilty, and like Therisa I feel like an evil person, but I'm really enjoying reading everyones cat "hate mail" because I too HATE MY (husbands) CAT. I have always been an animal advocate- vegetarian etc. but this cat...she meows constantly- all through the night. She even meows with her mouth full. At 4 in the morning - she pushes her way into the baby's room and howls until we all wake up. She pooped on the carpet in the hall this morning, peed on the oriental rug in the living room a few weeks back, peed on the wood floor in the closet which now is black and smells no matter what I scrub it with, barfs randomly around the house and today she swiped my ten month old across the face drawing blood in 4 diffent places! Her coat is greasy and full of dandruf, she smells up the whole houes, claws all the furniture, claws the threads out of the carpets and on top of it all I'm totally allergic to her. There is not one redeaming quality to this cat. I've had cats I've liked in the past but it is taking all my strength not to slip something into this ones dish. Not one of my friends or family can stand this gross, noisy, obnoxious, smelly cat. With my luck she'll live to be 20. Uggg!
I have been getting fits of anger because I don't like the kitten my partner and I got 2 months ago. I knew it the moment I saw it at the breeder's that this was not the right cat for our house, but did not say anything because we had planned getting this cat for weeks and had driven a few humdred miles to pick her up. She just gets on my nerves. She jumps up on the bed, and since I'm a light sleeper, this bugs me, so we now put up a gate before we go to bed. I hope she'll outgrow her playful, actrive period. I work a high-stress job and don't want to have to put up with this cat when I get home. We already have another cat a few months older, and he is nice and mellow, and mostly stays on the floor. Having this cat has surprising ly put a real rift in our relationship. I am pissed because this was supposed to be an acquisition that enhanced our home and life, and it has been basically nothing but two months of pain and dissention.
I would try putting the cat in a bathroom along with a litterbox and just lock her up in there until she can use the litterbox properly. I praise my cat when he goes in the litterbox and give him a treat (while I'm trying to train him, but I don't need to do that anymore). I'd scold at him if I see him peeing where he shouldn't and then lock him up in a small bathroom with a litterbox. It works really well... ^^ Cat likes attention, so you have to be patient.
Hi everyone. I can feel your pain. My cat, who is usually a pretty cool cat...does not claw the furniture, does not pee all over, does not crap all over...etc..just yesterday peed AND crapped in my bed! AND, he wouldn't go out to use the kitty litter when I opened the door that morning. Then I went out to run errands and came home that afternoon thinking all was OK. Well that night I get into bed and notice the sheets are a bit damp. It stunk of pee. I was mortified because there I was in my pajamas, IN the covers and I realize I am lying in cat piss. So I freak out and fling the covers off of me. In doing so, about 5 or 6 cat "turdlets" went flying across the room! They had been nicely nestled within the rumpled sheets, out of sight (though I thought I'd smelled something like a barn floor mixed in with the pee smell). One turdlet landed at the foot of the bed. Another bounced off the wicker ottoman at the foot of the bed, and the rest landed all over the floor. This cat has had WAY too many liberties around here but now he will sleep in the hallway. The bed he crapped and peed in, incidentally, is also the bed that HE himself sleeps in with me at night! What the hell??? Is he a complete dumb-ass? I mean, if this was an accident because I wasn't home to let him out, why not crap on the floor (like he did once about 8 months ago, which I let fly since I was out and I figured 'when ya gotta go, ya gotta go.'). But why shit and piss in his own bed??? Damned if I know! I've never had an animal who could not hold it until I got home. And the time he crapped on the floor (it was the bathroom rug), he had just been out to use the litter pan and then curled up on his chair to sleep the day away. I went out for literally 15 minutes and when I came home, there was the pile of shit on the bathroom rug. So he went from a dead sleep to "shit, I gotta go, I gotta go NOW" in less than 15 minutes? I'd more easily cut him this break as well...but add together his lack of hesitation for shitting in the house with the two times he's bitten us for no reason... and I'm ready to lose it. He's bitten me on the hand (and drawn blood) because he'd had enough of the petting. And he bit my husband ON THE FACE because he didn't want him holding him anymore. Also drew blood and left a scar. Shit.
To the last post, why the HELL are you keeping a cat in his room and not 'letting him out' to use his litter box? That's f*cked up. He needs access to a litter box AT ALL TIMES. How stupid are you?
Also a cat going to bathroom in inappropriate places could very well mean he is not feeling well. You should take them to the vet...peeing in strange places is a sign they could have a urinary tract infection. Why the hell do you get cats when you don't understand a damn thing about them? Cats do bite...espeically when they're kittens or are trying to initiate play. This can be easily fixed by a variety of disciplinary methods. A cat should be thought of as a child...would you 'hate' your child for doing these things? No. You shouldn't.
People like you shouldn't be allowed to have pets or children.
shelly shut ur mouth
omg my cat is ahhhh! at first i thought she peed on my rug but no she decided to go in a different more comfy spot like my curtains! she put her claws into them tearing them down then peed all over them!! what the hell
