This is the information we have all been waiting for until now,
Sony have announced that the PSP will hit the Japanese streets on December 16th at a price of $186 which is just a mere 36 dollar difference when compared to Nintendo's DS which is priced at $150. Other news regarding the Battery life of the PSP has been announced today aswell. Sony Computer Entertainment announced the battery life of the PSP which is to be 4-6 hours for gameplay and 4-5 hours for movie play on average. Thats about three 90minute films and an episode of Simpsons. Extra Battery packs can be bought for the PSP priced at 4,800YEN which is $45 (£24) Not that you would really need them unless your going on a long plane trip or something in which you would have to pre-charge the extra one. I can see myself doing so with the amount I have saved, But its not highly needed.
