Well that was a nice waste of 15 minutes, but I just can't see whatever illusion this is supposed to generate. I have no idea how that video is working. :)
If you're having trouble viewing the illusion try closing one eye. That almost always works instantly!
Another thing that can help is to darken the edges facing towards you with a black marker. The white edge can tip your brain off...
