Quake/Tsunami death toll tops 11,000. MERRY F'N CHRISTMAS!!!
Massive tsunamis triggered by the fourth largest earthquake in recorded history wiped out coastal areas across Asia and killed more than 11,000 people. The magnitude 9 quake's epicenter was off Indonesia but its effects were felt in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Malaysia and the Maldives.
