Tight Security For Inauguration Day Festivities...

Above, Maj. Gen. Galen B. Jackman of the Military District of Washington, stands on a giant map at the D.C. Armory during a preview of the parade route for President Bush's inauguration January 20. Security for the 2005 inauguration is expected to be the tightest in history.
President Bush will be sworn in next month for a second term amid the tightest security in inaugural history, with police planning to search every one of the tens of thousands of people expected to line the parade route.
