How can some guy make the decision that the company he is in control of could operate just as well with 15,000 less people?
What the hell were these 15,000 people doing that all of sudden Hewlett-Packard has decided they don't need them anymore?

Hewlett-Packard has awarded its new chief information officer, Randall Mott, whom HP lured from rival Dell, a pay package worth at least $15.3 million, according to a regulatory filing made Friday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nice timing by HP huh?
