Nationally known speaker Michael Fortino is facing an Arkansas judge on Monday on charges of possessing child pornography.

Fortino has a reputation as an expert in time, stress and lifestyle management with such presentation topics as:

Police said Fortino was in Arkansas last week on business, but was arrested after he took his laptop to Fayetteville's Best Buy for repairs. Officials said technicians called authorities after finding several images involving children engaged in sexual acts on his hard drive.

"The technicians were doing a repair job on the computer, and in conducting the repair the files started coming out. So once they were made aware, they had to do something with it," said Fayetteville Police Department spokesperson Shannon Gabbard.
