I read tons of books and I have this problem ALL of the time. I'll be laying in bed, trying to hold the book under the light with one hand, (don't even bother commenting about what I'm doing with my other hand), and keep the pages open with my thumb and my thumb will start hurting.....
GOD DAMMIT!!!! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS???????
