A woman in Lake County, Fla., will not go on trial for the murder of her husband. Court appointed psychologists ruled Codelle Borgman was not competent to stand trial Monday.

Borgman was arrested and charged with first-degree murder last August when police found her husband's decomposing body in her home.

He had been shot three times, Local 6 News reported.

Borgman is being transported from the Lake County Jail to the Florida State Hospital in the Panhandle.

After treatment, she could be found fit to face trial.
