That's racist, because everyone knows Latinos have a gene that prevents them from learning English. Or something. Whatever, I'm playing the race card whether it makes sense or not.

Now, if you consider the inability to speak English a disability then I guess you may be able to claim this as discrimination of the disabled...
To avoid discrimination lawsuits they should also add a picture menu for illiterate people, make everything free so that they don't discriminate against the poor and offer everything in a milkshake form for people without hands!
Court Action!?!?!? There is a group threatening court action?!?!? OVER WHAT!?!?! He has every right to request that people order in English. It is not his job to learn every damn language so he can serve people in his OWN country. And if you are wondering...I'm an immigrant myself. I came from Poland when I was 8 years old as did many of my relatives and they all have worked hard and learned the English language and learned to respect the law. Nobody deserve any special help, especially if they are fucking illegal ass immigrants that want everything handed to them....try going through the legal process like I did. If you can't then obviously there is something really wrong with you and we definitely don't want your ass here.

This owner, and for that matter the rest of us, are not going to fucking learn every damn language in the world so your fucking illegal fat ass is hungry and can't learn the simplest shit. Now, THAT was racism...but my point is still true: This is America, and the language is English...learn it. We already make extra effort to make forms, signs etc is other languages and I think that needs to stop. I wasn't born here, neither was my mother...we came to this country after my father's death and have remained here. My mother works hard, I work somewhat hard...but we both learned the language. We never asked for help, we helped ourselves. Many immigrants are like this and I completely welcome them all, but I would never expect that everyone in America would learn my (or their) language. We are guests here. We are now Americans and as such we respect the rights and language of this country. You can keep your old language and speak it at home, in the park wherever, but it is NOT your right to have everything provided to you in your own language.

Maybe because all of these people came here legally and did all of these things to become citizens. It's not about language it's about following laws. It's about equal NOT special rights.
My parents here immigrated here from Liverpool England 30+ years ago, got green cards, jobs, and became full citizens. I think everyone should have the same opportunity if they follow the same rules.
Illegal immigrants are not citizens and do not have our rights. They should be treated as such.
P.S. My parents never bitched once about having to learn American. :)
