It can't be a sex toy. It has a rough seam and many holes. It can't be for a banana carrier because the shape isn't right. It's something that allows air flow or liquid flow. Maybe some sort of irragator but I don't see an inlet.

Maybe it's a case for a double headed dildo. I know it for ph distribution on your pool.
