Logan's Run Remake Planned!

Bah. This has been proposed/planned/threatened for years. I'll believe it when I see the trailers.
Although I'd LOVE to see it made. The '76 movie was a bit cheezy at times.
The book is better, though. I suggest you give it a read if you like the movie (and you must, RAT, because you posted about its remake :-).
Read the book when I was a kid. The movie was a bit cheesy but as a young kid it was awesome! Especially all that Farrah flesh! ;-)
I hope it does become a reality. I loved this movie as a kid... Farrah was SO hot back then!!!

BTW, I've been to the place where they filmed the waterfall thingy, toward teh end where they dive in and re-enter the city. It's in downtown Fort Worth, TX.
Nothing is sacred anymore. The movie wanks killed the Hills Have Eyes movies, now this. Jeeeezus, I wish they would stop remaking movies and dig down deep and do some originals.
I'm right there with you Peter. I love movies that have a sequel, then the trilogy. When that gets old, the do a prequel. Then a sequel to the prequel. Then a trilogy of the prequel. When that gets old they start again where the first trilogy left off-and then make a post-trilogy trilogy. Anyone else follow?
