SWAT open fire...and sucks at it

That swat dude unloaded an entire magazine into that truck, I'm guessing a good 13 to15 rounds, and only hit the dude in the shoulder! If I ever have a crazy meth head holding a gun to my skull and this is the guy that could take the shot to end it all and return me to safety, I think I would take my chances with the meth head.

Hitting a responsive target in a high adrenaline situation is a lot more difficult that it sounds. Through in the vehicle as armor and it's even more difficult.

However, I'm still surprised he only hit him once.
