Yeah, I don't think I ever want to see that myself. Just thinking about it is cringe-worthy.
Hate to say it but I have seen a video of a woman toying her pee hole, then adding a couple of toys to the other holes each. Then took on a few guys with one in her pee hole. It was like a train wreck, you didn't want to look but you just had to.
I haven't read the other comments in full, so this may already have been mentioned, but -- the "dick into dick" practice has already been around for years: it's called "pipefitting." It's not dick-up-peehole so much as tip-to-tip sheathed together with one or the other's overwrapped foreskin. I'm sure a Google search will turn it up in all of two seconds.
