The one-day festival includes an animal show and a food and fashion contest which features the guinea pig, native to the Andes. Blue Water has a martini menu boasting over 90 drink selections. Very contemporary looking & cozy. Our host, Uncle Gregg, rocked!!!
I had the Makers Martini which is 5 shots of Kentucky bourbon with a hint of vermouth - Very nice!!!
Mrs. Manocloth & the others I was with all got "fu-fu" martinis.... Almond Joy, Apple, Snickers, etc. Very sweet and go down WAY too fast.
This place also offers a decent beer selection as well if hard liquor or sweet drinks aren't your thing.
Tonight Blue Water is having free corned beef & cabbage for St. Patrick's Day. Check this place out...
TWO German army cooks have been suspended for preparing sausages partly using their own blood, the Focus weekly reported.
Identified only as B. and G., the pair were suspended in December after admitting under questioning they had eaten sausages made with their own blood drawn by the girlfriend of one of the cooks, the news magazine reported.
Pictures of the sausages were published on the Internet.
The two were denounced by a colleague solicited to join their operation, added the article.
According to an unidentified army officer, it was no longer possible to keep the two in their posts as they "no longer had a shred of authority" following their culinary venture.

A Japanese spa on Saturday opened special baths meant to resemble ramen, complete with bath salt shaped like the dangling delicacy, a giant pair of chopsticks overhead and water the aroma of pepper.
